In April of this year, selected Secretary Is and IIs were allowed to pursue the Certificate in Secretarial Studies and the Certificate in Advanced Secretarial Studies at the St. John’s College, Belize City. As you know the training programme is in keeping with Circular No. 9 of 2009.

On Friday, 17^th December, 2010, St. John’s College – Institute for Workforce and Economic Development and the Ministry of the Public Service will be holding a “Recognition Ceremony” for Secretaries, who were successful in the respective programmes. The ceremony will be at 9:00a.m. at the Fordyce Memorial Chapel, Landivar Campus, Princess Margaret Drive, Belize City.

Through this medium we are hereby informing you about the “Recognition Ceremony” and that the below listed Secretaries will be out of office for that day.
