• Job application forms along with supporting documents such as resume, certificates, awards, etc. should be submitted to the Chief Executive Officer,
• the Ministry of Public Service, Sir Edney Cain Building, Belmopan City.

The responsibility of the Ministry includes the formulation and execution of policies to govern:

• Human resource management and development
• The classification of positions
• Fixing of salaries and privileges
• General terms and conditions of employment
• Transfer, promotion and disciplinary measures
• Matters relating to the general management and control of the public service.
• Automation of the Human Resource System
• Management and maintenance of the Payroll System for all public officers.
• Electoral Administration, Voter Education, and Boundary Redistricting.

All divisions are open to the public from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Friday.

• The Ministry of the Public Service is physically located on the Ground Floor of the Sir Edney Cain Building in Belmopan City.


• The Human Resource Management Information System is physically located on the First Floor of the Papi’s Home Center Building, Constitution Drive in Belmopan City.

• The Elections and Boundaries Central Electoral Office is located in Belize City. There is a divisional office in Belmopan City and one in each district town.
